I am so excited to be the Ag Science teacher here at Fairmont School!  It is a dream come true!  To be able to combine my love of Agriculture, my love of teaching, and science makes my days so incredibly wonderful! I grew up on a ranch working full time by the age of 5, raising cattle, growing alfalfa, and producing raisins.  By 16, I continued that work and helped with the production of alfalfa at Belmont Farms and selling that delicious milk.  My husband, George and I, are currently growing almonds on the westside and have a company specializing in "handrails".

I am so grateful for Sanger Unified to give me this fortune to give our fantastic students the vision of the importance agriculture in our valley with understanding of possible career pathways.  A goal for me is to show the value of our program, so that in the future, all students in California will have the same opportunity.
